I just joined Sanford Health's Sports Science Institute where I focus on performance enhancement for coaches and athletes. My PhD is in Sport and Exercise Psychology and I have an MS in Human Performance with certifications from the National Strength Conditioning Association and Advancement for Applied Sport Psychology. I work primarily with coaches and athletic administrators to provide targeted coach and program development opportunities. I am a board member of two International sport coaching journals, International Journal of Sports Science & Coaching and serve as the Associate Editor for International Sport Coaching Journal, as well as an Editorial Board member of the applied Strength and Conditioning journal NSCA:Coach. I routinely work across competitive levels ranging from youth through professional levels for both coaches and athletes in USA and Canada.
