I am a certified integrative health coach with a degree in Exercise physiology and community health. I am currently working on a master's degree in holistic medicine and absolutely love the field of nutrition and wellness. My passion is to teach children how to love their bodies and learn how to take responsibility for it. I believe in individualized nutrition and training programs and do not believe that there is a one size fits all program for anyone. One man's medicine is another man's poison. We are all unique and therefore we should individually design our lives based on our uniqueness. I have been the owner of Moseley Gymnastics, LLC for the past 28 years and have been coaching for the past 32 years and I truly do believe that coaching is my superpower!
