Join me as I explain and explore the wonderful celebration of gymnastics for all ages and ability levels that is the World Gymnaestrada! This event is held every four years and the US participates with several hundred in their delegation. Stop by and check out something extraordinary. If you love gymnastics, you will appreciate this opportunity to share common chalk with people from all over the world and you do not have to be an elite gymnast to do it!
